Get to Know Lakeside Pavilion
Who We AreLocated on a lake in a residential area in central Naples, Florida, Lakeside Pavilion is a 120-bed, rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We offer a wide range of post-acute care, short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and other specialty medical services. We also provide hospice-related services (in partnership with a licensed hospice organization) and respite-care services (for people whose primary, at-home caregiver is temporarily unavailable).
Lakeside Pavilion has been part of the Naples community for 35 years. When a hospitalized patient is to be transferred to our facility, our community liaison conducts an on-site screening, whenever possible, to ensure a smooth transition. We also contract with physicians who follow each patient's progress in our facility. Lakeside Pavilion offers both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs. Our therapy programs-and our therapists-are top-notch. And we're there whenever you need us, accepting admissions 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
